When I set the date and time in the Access Settings, it does not save the time properly and it even changes the time when I re-open it. For example, I originally set the date to Friday, and time to 17:10:00. I closed it and reopened it and it had changed the time to 11:00:00. I closed it and reopened it and now it shows 5:00:00. How can I get this fixed?

Hi, thank for your report. Actually this is some kind of Joomla issue, I will try to investigate it further. Currently the fastest solution would be: download this file n3tcomingsoon.xml (9.07 KB) and copy it in the /plugins/system/n3tcomingsoon folder of your Joomla installation. It will correctly save entered time, however it will not reflect timezone, so you will have to play bit with the settings, to find correct time you want to have site online.

Yes, updating the xml file has fixed the erratic behavior of the time changing each time I open it from the backend. Thanks!

I am afraid that I spoke to soon. I deployed it on a new site with the new xml file and now it will not display the "coming soon" splash page, even when I set it out a month in advance.

Hi,
this is propably not related with time settings issue.
Make sure that - plugin is published - you didn't set your IP in Ip Whitelist in configuration - you didn't set GET parametr and didn't opened your site with this parameter enabled (if so, enaough to close your browser and open again)
Wrong time settings will cause disabling plugin, so maybe you didn't noticed that plugin is disabled now...
