Hi I can't figure out why the alternate URL contain n3tlangdomains? It looks like this:
<link href="https://www.mydanishdomain.dk/n3tlangdomains/www.mygernamdomain.de/" rel="alternate" hreflang="de">
It should look like this:
<link href="https://www.mygernamdomain.de/" rel="alternate" hreflang="de">
It's a Joomla 4.4.2 site and PHP 8.3.
What do I missing?

Hi,
try to rearrange system plugins, so "System - SEF" plugin is before "n3t Language domain" plugin.

Are you really running on https? Or on http only? Just found bug, which could cause issue with absolute links on http protocol (without SSL). Anyway on HTTPS this worked correctly even before, jst the condition is that SEF plugin needs to be published before this plugin, so it renders its output before this plugin modifies it.
If you are on http, try to update to version 5.0.0 - just released.

Awesome with the new release, but it didn't fix it.
Here you can see the order of the plugins:

Did you set domain in SEF plugin? If so, try to remove it.

Also, did you set DK domain for DK language in n3t Language domains?

The domain isn't set in SEF plugin. In the n3t plugin it look like this:

Ok, in Joomla cor system plugin Language Code and Language Filter both adds alternate URL. Try to reorder those plugins before n3t Language domains (I was wrong with the SEF plugin, it is not the correct one). Also, you are using Falang, I'm not familiar with it. Tried to download free version but seems, there is no code for alternate link, but maybe, if you use pro version, there could be. Try to reorganise its system plugins also. Falang also rewrites core Joomla router for com?content, maybe this could also cause some issue. Don't you use some other SEO plugin on your site? If so, try to move it also before n3t Language Domains.
Generally n3t Language Domains uses onAfterRender event to catch the output and replace links with correct domains. If some content is generated AFTER this, domain will remain like in your example. So maybe moving n3t Language Domains. like last plugin could solve this. However on my local computer I wasn§t able to emulate such situation by any order of those 3 plugins.
