Bonjour J'ai maintenant l'expérience que plusieurs personnes (non-spammeurs) ont été bloquées (faux positif). Suite à mon message précédent, j'ai contacté spamhaus. Ils sont surpris. Cela me semble assez complexe. Maintenant, avant de supprimer des listes comme spamhaus, j'aimerais savoir s'il y a un paramètre qui permet d'atténuer ces règles trop strictes avec plus de tolérance (même s'il y aurait du spam) Le paramètre « Tolérance de confiance maximale (‰) » est-il le bon et le seul paramètre ? Quelle valeur dois-je mettre ? Salutations

Hello,
could you provide specific IP address being blocked?
For SpamHaus check, the ZEN (https://www.spamhaus.org/zen/) agreggation list is being used,
if IP is present in any aggregated list, it is being considered as Spammer.
Anytime you could disable Spamhaus check in plugins configuration.

One more thing, are you sure blocking was by SpamHaus? If you enabled "Log blocked submissions", you can check this in your log file.

But I had several visitors who got the same message. Honest people often don't know this, they won't go and get removed from these lists.
I understand the principle. For the time being I have deleted spamhaus but I find that this is not a solution.
My question was about "Maximal confidence tolerance (‰)"
This is valid for all lists ?
It's hard to do a test now that I'm removed from the blacklist.
What value to insert to have a protection, while limiting the false positives?

Hi,
no, this settings is only for StopForumSpam check. SpamHaus do not have such kind of functionality, it just return true/false if IP address is blacklisted, or not.
Spamhaus itself says, that their listing could contain false positives. As there is no way how to check some "propability", like in StopForumSpam for example,
the only way is the disable this check. I will make it default disabled in next release, and also change the description for mentioned parameter, to be more obvious it is related just to StopForumSpam.
