Hi,
the key could be the message above the error - "ERROR_BLOCKED_BY_ADBLOCKER". Try to disable the AdBlock and reload, It is possible, that AdBlock blocks the script for CookieManager.
If you are missing scripts in HEAD section - do you have some kond of caching in Joomla? Try to delete the cache.

It is totally random and it happens on the couple of same pages (yelken egitimi as example) joomla cache is disabled,jch optimizer is disabled. I tried also opera and chrome. Result is independent of browser or addblocker.

Hi, there is surely some kind of caching. Currently, when I open smartsailing.org/ Consent code is not present, not even after refresh. If I use "cachebreaker" URL (add any parametr, like smartsailing.org/?whatever), consent code is loaded correctly. Seems to me, that there is some cache, which is sometimes triggered by robot, therefore, with default settings, no consent is loaded. Don't you use some kind of CDN or Reverse proxy maybe? You can try to disable the option "Hide from bots" on Advanced tab and wait until the cache (whereevr it is) expires. After that,I guess, consent should start to work. Pavel

There is CDN for script files. I will wait for another day. Most pages are OK anyways
