Thanks Pavel for this amazing plugin!!
I would like to show the consent dialog on the first show with all the consent flags activated and then at that point the user can decide to remove consent. I have seen that some American sites (www.hyland.com) already start with the consent set (when you browse using a USA IP address) and then the user can then accept or remove the consents.
Is it possible to do this in configuration or using some Javascript call??

I think that the trick would be to change the mode to oput-out in the n3tConsentManager.cookieConsent global javascript variable, but I don't know how and where to set it

Hi, I'm not familiar with US laws, but surely this is against GDPR and EU laws. The consent has to be voluntary and optional. Anyway, if you want to achieve this you need to specify custom cookies blocks. Just go to settings, ande instead of predefined blocks (like Analytics, Marketing etc.) add new blocks with type "Custom cookies block". In such block you can enable the option "Enabled by default", which is exacty you need. In such blocks you need to specify title, description etc. manually, however you can still use predefined language constants for default blocks (like "PLG_SYSTEM_N3TCOOKIECONSENT_BLOCK_ANALYTICS_TITLE", "PLG_SYSTEM_N3TCOOKIECONSENT_BLOCK_ANALYTICS_DESCRIPTION" etc., see the language file for details). Find details in documentation. Pavel

Hi,
the opt-in / opt-out mode is used for handling scripts, not consent. If you enable the Page scripts option, you can choose between these two modes, however, it does not influence the user consent, only the page scripts loading.

Hi Pavel, what I would like to do is disable consent in gtag (already done) and instead show the user the cookie consent panel with the mode opt-out (i.e. all cookies enabled) instead of the default 'opt-in' mode. The user can then decide to accept cookies or view the list of categories and then deactivate them. I would prefer not to have to create other categories of cookies

Hi,
if you have your blocks already specified, just change their types to "Custom cookies block", and enable "Enabled by default" in the block definition.
