The Plugin installed and works perfectly, except that I am unable to specify the file path for logo and background image. I've tried everything... 1) public_html/site.com/images/image.jpg 2) site.com/images/image.jpg3) /images/image.jpg 4) /image.jpg 5) image.jpg But it just doesn't load anything. Suggestions please. |

Hi,
as written in hint, you have to specify the path relative to root of your Joomla root folder including the leading slash.
It means, when you uploaded your image (image.jpg) to images folder (for example using Media manager, or FTP), /images/image.jpg
will be the correct one. Note, that as any other filename within www this is case sensitive.

Thank you so very much for the response...the actual solution was in your last statement: case sensitive!!!! I wasn't paying attention to the capital alphabets.
Once again; thanks a million.
P.S. Would have been nice to receive a timely mail notification of your response, I wouldn't have taken 4+ months to notice your response:)

Hi,
this forum software is 3rd party free hosted solution, so I am not able to do much changes to it, however there should be "Follow" option, which should cause that you receive email notification of replies in the thread.
