Hi,

there are more ways to achieve this,

Try override language constant PLG_SYSTEM_N3TCOMINGSOON_COMING_SOON with your HTML link
For more complex soon text enable Prepare content option, in soon text put {loadposition soon} and create Custom HTML module published on position soon
For even more complex override create your own soon.php file, and set Custom file option to point this file
