Hi, I've got the coming soon page generally working on our site. The only issue I have is when a subscription is confirmed from the link the in the email sent, it doesn't register as confirmed. It goes back to the coming soon / home page but doesn't give any system "you subscription is confirmed" type message. Maybe it's trying to re-direct to another page and this is the only one able to be displayed. The site is www.scarpar.com .... Any help appreciated. Many Thanks. Cheers, Andrew PS: Thanks for the plugin ... solves a problem. Appreciated.

Hi,
after clicking link in email Coming Soon page should be displayed, that is correct behavior. However insted of input for email you should see confirmation message, and subscription should become confirmed. I just tested this with AcyMailing 5.5.
What version of AcyMailing do you use? Do you use standard soon.php file or your custom file?

Hi Pavel,
I have Acymailing enterprise 5.5
When I subscribe, I get the "A confirmation e-mail has been sent, please click on the confirmation link in order to confirm your subscription" ... working fine at this point.
But when I click the link to come back I don't get the subscription confirmed message and it isn't registering the user as confirmed in the Acymailing database.
I tried it with the original soon.php but got the same result.
Possibly a setting in Acymailing if it's working for you?
Thanks.
Cheers,
Andrew

Hi,
seems so. I was testing with clean install of AcyMailing 5.5 Enterprise. Just enabled Double Opt in, no other changes in settings.
If you enable Error reporting, do you see any errors?

Hi Pavel,
If I re-enable the main site template, it all works fine.
If I enable N3T coming soon, it displays the behaviour described.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. I tried with just email address and with name and email thinking this might be it ... it wasn't.
I enabled error reporting and it doesn't report any errors.
Not sure what to do from here ... might have to find another way.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
Andrew

Hi,
what version f n3t Coming Soon do you use. Try to download current DEV version, there are some changes of AcyMailing Handling.
